Company Description

In order to be offered in the PRC market, parallel-imported vehicles are sourced from the US through Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service.

Parallel-import automobiles are those bought by dealers directly from foreign markets and imported for sale through channels other than the official distribution networks of brand manufacturers.

We buy cars from the American market, especially luxury brands like Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Lexus, and Bentley, and resale them to both American and PRC parallel import car dealers as well as other clients.

Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service has filed a $11.5 million to start the U.S. IPO process.
As a “parallel import” business operating outside of the traditional manufacturer-dealer structure, the company exports luxury cars from the United States to China.
Although CTNT’s operating profit and revenue have increased, the company faces very uncertain regulatory risks from the Chinese government.
As soon as management gives us additional information about the IPO, I’ll give an update.

Our revenue is mostly derived from the price difference between the parallel import vehicles we buy and sell.

Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service inc.company About:

We provide vehicles for parallel import from the United States to the PRC market. Parallel-import automobiles are those bought by dealers directly from foreign markets and imported for sale through channels other than the official distribution networks of brand manufacturers.

To the best of our knowledge, there are no federal or state laws, regulations, or export regulations in the United States that forbid the export of automobiles that will be parallel imported into other nations. However, some manufacturers and their distributors view parallel-import vehicles as a rival to their network of franchised dealerships

and as a result, they may take steps to limit or reduce the chances for third parties, like parallel-import vehicle dealers, to profit by utilising the various pricing strategies of the manufacturers.

around the globe. Parallel import vehicle sales in China have profited from a number of relevant rules and policies that the PRC government has enacted since 2016. These rules and procedures adhere to export and trade legislation in the United States. We buy cars from the American market, especially luxury brands like Mercedes,

BMW, Porsche, Lexus, and Bentley, and resale them to both American and PRC parallel import car dealers as well as other clients. Our revenue is mostly derived from the price difference between the parallel import vehicles we buy and sell.

When a private company first sells shares of stock to the public, this process is known as an initial public offering (IPO). In essence, an IPO means that a company’s ownership is transitioning from private ownership to public ownership. For that reason, the IPO process is sometimes referred to as “going public.”

When can a company go for IPO in USA?

Considerations for when and how big a company should be to go public depends on: When they meet SEC regulatory and stock market listing requirements. When revenue and growth potential are sufficient to reward existing shareholders and attract potential investors through an IPO.

Can I invest in US IPO?

Have an online account with a broker that offers IPO access. Brokers like Robinhood and TD Ameritrade offer IPO trading, so you’ll need an account with them or another broker that offers similar access. Meet eligibility requirements.
